highest standard of care during their hospital stay. Assessment and
monitoring of mother and newborn health post-delivery Educating and
supporting mothers on newborn care, breastfeeding, and recovery
Collaborating with obstetricians, pediatricians, and other
healthcare professionals Preparing and updating patient records
accurately and timely Providing compassionate care that aligns with
patient needs and company protocols Strong clinical skills in
postpartum and newborn care Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills Ability to work flexibly and respond to
varying health environments Skill in electronic health record (EHR)
systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state
of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification preferred
