Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages according to standard recipes Engage with guests to provide personalized service and recommendations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area Manage inventory and restock coffee bar supplies Operate coffee-making equipment with proficiency Process payments and maintain accurate financial records Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene standards Participate in training and development sessions to improve skills and product knowledge Barista skills including knowledge of coffee beans and brewing techniques Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work efficiently under pressure Cash handling and POS operation experience Attention to detail and precision in making and presenting drinks Barista certification (optional but advantageous) Food handler's certificate (as required by local regulations)
