experienced Financial Services Representative to join our team in
Charleston, South Carolina. In this Contract to permanent position,
you will play a key role in providing exceptional support to
customers while handling banking transactions and assisting with
account creation. This role offers an opportunity to grow
professionally within the banking industry while delivering
excellent service to members. Responsibilities: • Process customer
transactions efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and
payments. • Assist members with opening new accounts and guiding
them through available banking products. • Deliver high-quality
customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
promptly. • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies
in all interactions. • Handle cash accurately and maintain proper
cash drawer balancing. • Educate customers on credit union and
banking services to help them make informed financial decisions. •
Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction
goals. • Maintain detailed and accurate records of transactions and
account activities. • Stay informed about updates to banking
services and products to provide current information to customers.
• Support team efforts in meeting organizational objectives and
promoting a positive work environment.• Previous experience in
customer-facing roles within the banking or financial services
industry. • Strong skills in cash handling and transaction
processing. • Familiarity with credit union or retail banking
operations. • Ability to open and manage accounts with attention to
detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for
engaging with members. • Knowledge of banking products and
services. • Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and
ensuring compliance. • A commitment to delivering exceptional
customer service.
