Department is the welcoming face of our organization and plays a

This team is dedicated to creating positive first impressions,
strengthening relationships with existing members, and fostering a
strong sense of belonging within the YMCA of the Lowcountry

supports work-life balance. What You’ll Do Design and implement
staff training programs, curriculum, schedules, and communication
processes to ensure compliance with organizational standards and
licensing requirements. Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and develop
membership staff and volunteers as needed. Lead and coach
membership staff to promote YMCA programs and services to current
and prospective members. Support membership growth by creating
welcoming, engaging, and member-centered experiences. Ensure full
departmental compliance with Praesidium standards, including
background screenings, training completion, documentation, and
corrective action as needed. Maintain compliance with YMCA
policies, Praesidium risk management standards, and certification
requirements. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Business,
Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Minimum of
three (3) years of experience in a customer-facing role.
Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and administrative skills
with experience supervising and developing staff. Strong
interpersonal skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and
connect with individuals from diverse social, cultural, and
