What Sets Us Apart: Work with a luxury lineup known for innovation and awardâ€'winning design Consistent workflow and a loyal customer base Access to Genesis and Hyundai factory training and certification pathways Clean, organized shop with advanced diagnostic tools and equipment A management team committed to technician success and development Benefits: $35 - $70 per hour – flat rate Tremendous opportunity for career advancement and pay increases Healthcare and dental insurance options 401(k) retirement plan Paid vacation Toolboxes supplied Climate-controlled facility 5-day work week with rotating Saturdays Fast-paced work environment Clearly defined career path for advancement Ongoing training and professional development Key Responsibilities: Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on Genesis and Hyundai vehicles using stateâ€'ofâ€'theâ€'art tools and OEM training resources Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, brakes, tires, and fluid services Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using factory scan tools and equipment Complete repairs according to manufacturer standards and safety guidelines Document findings and recommended repairs clearly and accurately Collaborate with service advisors and fellow technicians to ensure timely, highâ€'quality service Maintain a clean, organized work area and uphold dealership and brand standards What You Bring: Automotive dealership experience required, Genesis / Hyundai experience preferred but not required Luxury brand experience preferred but not required Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record ASE certifications or manufacturer training a plus (not required) Positive attitude, reliability, and commitment to customer satisfaction Please upload your resume.
