Senior Project Manager Savannah, GA A well-capitalized and fast-growing residential development firm is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead major development and construction efforts across its portfolio. This vertically integrated company specializes in build-to-rent communities, for-sale housing, multifamily development, and large-scale land development . With a strong record of success and a leadership team that has delivered billions in real estate value , this company is known for its institutional-level execution, long-term investor relationships, and creative community planning. Responsibilities Lead ground-up residential and mixed-use development projects from precon to delivery Oversee horizontal and vertical construction, managing internal and external teams Work closely with land, design, and construction teams to drive timelines, budget, and quality Interface with municipalities, utility providers, contractors, and consultants Monitor contract compliance, permitting, and project controls Mentor assistant PMs and supers as the project scales Qualifications 8 years of experience in residential, multifamily, or mixed-use construction Demonstrated success delivering BTR, for-sale, or multifamily projects Strong design-build knowledge and ability to manage horizontal infrastructure Excellent communication and leadership skills Experience with scheduling tools, budgets, and project documentation Ability to travel regionally depending on project location This is a great opportunity to join a growing developer backed by institutional capital with a diverse and expanding project pipeline.
