Key Responsibilities: Deliver individualized and group instruction tailored to the unique needs of students with disabilities. Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student growth and development. Communicate regularly with parents, caregivers, and support staff to ensure consistent progress and address any concerns. Maintain accurate records of student performance and comply with all applicable special education regulations. Desired Qualifications: Valid certification in Special Education. Experience working with children across early childhood through high school levels. Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate a range of learning challenges, including severe and profound disabilities. Strong collaboration and communication skills. Commitment to student-centered instruction and professional growth. Location and Schedule: Onsite positions available at multiple schools, including Early Childhood settings and high school programs. Work hours are 37.5 per week. This is a contract role aligned with the current school year calendar.
