We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to partner with our project management, estimating, and virtual design construction operations. Ideal candidates will have experience in value engineering, energy performance analysis, commissioning, design-build, and plan review. As a Mechanical Engineer at QuesTec, they will play a critical role in ensuring our projects meet the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and sustainability. Position Requirements: Responsibilities:Conduct value engineering to optimize project costs without compromising quality or functionality.Perform energy analysis to ensure systems are energy-efficient and comply with relevant codes and standards.Lead commissioning activities to verify system performance and ensure proper operation.Partner with our Estimators on design-build projects from conception through completion alongside our Project Managers.Review and analyze mechanical plans and specifications for accuracy and compliance with project requirements and local codes.Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to ensure seamless project execution.Provide technical guidance and support for project teams and clients.Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
