where youll guide systems engineering planning and technical
integration for mission-critical capabilities. In this role, youll
ensure requirements are fully traceable, interfaces are
well-controlled, and solutions remain interoperable across the
enterprise, all while advancing digital engineering practices and
Zero-Trust Architecture principles to strengthen overall mission

this time. Essential Functions Develop and manage Systems
Engineering Management Plans (SEMPs). Perform requirements
analysis, allocation, and verification. Lead AoA and trade studies
to inform technical decisions. Apply Model-Based Systems
Engineering (MBSE) using Cameo or DOORS. Coordinate with DevSecOps
for continuous integration and testing. Facilitate technical
reviews and Configuration Control Boards (CCBs). Ensure compliance
with DoD 5000 and DIA engineering standards. Support test readiness
reviews and mission acceptance tests. Competencies Expertise in
systems integration and digital engineering concepts. Strong
analytical and technical writing skills. Effective collaboration
with multi-disciplinary teams. Required Qualifications Bachelors in
Systems or Electrical Engineering. Ten (10) years DoD systems
engineering experience. Active TS/SCI clearance. Preferred
Qualifications INCOSE CSEP/ESEP or Masters in Engineering
