Job Description:

Responsibilities Apply protective and decorative coatings such as paint, varnish, enamel, lacquer, dope, or stain using spray guns Select, mix, and prepare coating materials to manufacturer and job specifications Coat surfaces inaccessible to spray equipment using brushes or rollers Ensure proper surface preparation prior to application Inspect finished surfaces to verify quality, thickness, and consistency Monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process control or other quality procedures Maintain spray equipment and ensure proper cleaning and storage Follow all safety standards and environmental regulations Qualifications Minimum 5 years of related Marine painting experience High School Diploma or GED required Certification in industrial coating or related trade preferred Experience operating spray guns and related coating equipment Knowledge of surface preparation techniques and coating applications Ability to interpret work instructions and technical specifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be a US Citizen Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.66- $27.31Per hour $120 Perdiem NON LOCAL ONLY $$$ HIRE BONUS$$$ Ameri-Force Benefits As part of the Ameri-Force team, a recognized ESOP company, you have a personal stake in the collective success of the organization, fostering a collaborative and rewarding work environment.
