Pay: $45,000 - $50,000 per year Benefits: Health Dental, Vision, 401k, 401k match, PTO, Job Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of a stabilized leading property in the city Ensure all maintenance and repair requests are addressed in a timely manner Manage tenant relations, build good relationships, and address any concerns or issues that arise Develop and implement property management policies and procedures Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including inspections and lease renewals Qualifications: Must have a Project Manager license in SC 3 years of experience in property management Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations Ability to work independently and as part of a team As a Property Manager at Stintino Management, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our residents' lives and the communities we serve.
