Overview: Join our team as a pediatric hospice social worker where you will provide psychosocial evaluations, ongoing counsel, bereavement services, and community education outreach to pediatric patients and their families. You will also offer physical, emotional, and spiritual support to patients and families in accordance with the plan of care.
