Step It Up ABA is a new Behavioral Health Care Agency providing
in-home and school-based ABA therapy. Established by an active
member of the United States Chaplain Corps, our goal is to improve

ABA is now hiring an experienced and dedicated Board Certified
Behavior Analyst (BCBA). If you are compassionate and enjoy working

handpicked RBT's to help our children who have autism, by
developing a treatment plan to be implemented by the designated
RBT. Your friendly, dedicated, and experienced Clinical Director
will be with you to guide you. Work close to home! Supervision will
be a hybrid of in-person and telehealth. We offer flexible hours,

Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities: Conduct behavioral
assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Implement
behavior intervention strategies based on applied behavior analysis
principles Provide training and support to caregivers and other
professionals Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and
modify interventions as needed Collaborate with multidisciplinary
teams to ensure coordinated care Maintain accurate and confidential
patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations Board
Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Skills: At least one year working
as a BCBA Passion Confidence Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills for patient care and collaboration
