Travel IR Tech Travel Assignment – Summary/n/nShift: 4x10s,
7:30a–6:00p, rotating day off; occasional 7a–7:30p week/n/nCall: 1
weeknight every other week, 1–2 weekends/contract, possible
holiday/n/nCaseload: 5–8 cases/day/n/nFloating: No floating between
units or facilities/n/nExperience: Min 1 year required/n/nRequired
Cases: Vascular Access, Embolization, Dialysis, PE
Thrombectomy/n/nPreferred: Y90, Chemo Embolization/n/nCerts: ARRT,
R, SCQRSA, BLS/n/nTrauma Level: Level 1/n/nRadiation Badge: Must be
provided by agency/n/nCharting: EPIC/n/nScrubs: Navy
(provided)/n/nParking: $20 one-time fee (free
nights/weekends)/n/nLocal Radius: 60 miles (locals may be accepted
at 10% lower rate)/n/nRTO: Must be submitted with
application/n/nGuaranteed Hours: Facility may cancel 1 shift per 2
weeks/n/nHurricane Season: Assignments may include emergency
