Job Title: Cardiac Cath Lab Tech Profession: Cardiac Cath Lab Tech Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00-19:00 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: RN Certifications: Required certifications in relevant specialties Must-Have: Cath lab experience Emergency medication knowledge Description: Unit Profile: This facility features two labs. An average of 10 cases are performed daily. The main type of equipment used is GE x-ray. Documentation systems include Maclab and Meditech. Scheduling requirements involve 7-9 call days monthly, with at least 1 weekend. Patient experience requirements necessitate prior cath lab experience. Advanced skills in emergency medication knowledge are necessary. Procedures performed include: LHC PCI TAVR PPM Impella IABP Dress code consists of scrubs provided by the facility.
