RADIUS RULEHOSPITAL REQUESTING LONGER CONTRACT FOR THIS ASSIGNMENT
- THROUGH JAN 10Building a team of PCU RN to provide care for
patients being boarded in the ERRATIO;s - 1:4-5 will adjust for
acuityMUST HAVE Minimum of 2 years of recent experience and must
have successfully completed at least 1 previous travel assignment.
MUST HAVE 1 YR of RECENT PCU EXPERIENCE (FULL TIME OR
FLOAT)REFERENCES SHOULD BE from RECENT assignment(s)ACCEPTED START
DATES, 7/21 to 8/11 - CONTRACTS WILL GO THROUGH JAN 10 ( of weeks
will vary based on start date)HOLIDAY REQUIREMENT - travelers must
work Labor Day, Thanksgiving or Christmas and New YearsWEEKEND
REQUIREMENT - Every other weekend Will they allow possible block
scheduling (days in a row)? Same days in a row cannot be guarantee.
Travelers can self-schedule, but the manager reserves the right to
adjust schedules to fit the needs of the unit and to ensure that
weekend and holiday requirements are met. Are there tech or aids to
assist RN s with tasks or will the RN do it all? Yes, they have
tech s at both Are they interviewing quickly? interviews will be
conducted between 24 48 hours of submission Can candidates be
submitted to both campuses or just 1? We are going to rotate the
candidates being submitted. Do they allow travelers to pick up OT
or would they consider 48 hour schedule? Due to the fact that we do
not bill for OT until after 48 hours, OT may be given if needed for
unit staffing. They do not want to guarantee 48 hour week.
Cancellation Policy:2 shifts per assignment Charting BSN License to
Trauma Level: Care Shift Notes:12 hr days Required , BLS (AHA)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Contract
