Hampton Regional Medical Centers is currently seeking a nurse
practitioner who will provide Emergency Department services while
working with the ED physician in our newly renovated emergency
department. This position is ideal for candidates with an ER
nursing background, although new graduates of the APP program with
relevant experience are welcome to apply. Responsibilities: •
Provide medical treatment to Emergency Department patients •
Develop and implement patient care management plans • Educate
patients on overall wellness and health maintenance • Maintain a
safe and clean work environment Qualifications: • Minimum of 1 year
of ED experience as an APP is preferred • Ability to build rapport
with patients and staff • Must be accustomed to working in a
fast-paced environment • Excellent written and verbal communication
skills
