nurse with stepdown experience to provide high-quality patient care
in a dynamic healthcare setting. This role is ideal for nurses who

intermediate care between intensive care and general

Responsibilities: Monitor and assess patients in the stepdown unit,
responding promptly to changes in condition. Administer medications
and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with physicians and
healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care
plans. Provide patient and family education to support recovery and
health maintenance. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of
patient care activities. Desired Experience: Valid RN license with
stepdown unit experience. Strong clinical assessment and critical
thinking abilities. Effective communication skills with patients
and healthcare team members. Ability to work efficiently in a
fast-paced, evolving healthcare environment. This contract role
