Job Description:

our dynamic Intensive Care Unit (ICU), where you will be at the

critically ill patients. Our ICU RNs are pivotal in managing
patient care in high-stress environments, administering treatments,
and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient

implement patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare
teams. Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions as
appropriate. Ensure that ventilators, monitors, and other types of
medical equipment function properly. Administer medications,
maintain IV lines, and provide other necessary treatments. Educate
patients and their families on disease management, ICU procedures,
and discharge plans. Strong clinical skills with the ability to
react decisively in emergency situations Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills Capability to work effectively within a
multidisciplinary team Proficient in using healthcare software and
electronic health records Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse license in
the state of employment Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification
