Job Description:

HCA Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Critical Care team at one of our leading hospitals. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-level medical care to patients in a dynamic and fast-paced intensive care unit. As a Critical Care RN, you will work closely with a team of specialized medical professionals to monitor and treat patients with life-threatening conditions. This position requires a compassionate approach, excellent clinical skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a critical care setting. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to formulate individualized patient care plans. Monitor patient status and respond to complex health problems. Administer medications, maintain accurate patient records, and ensure compliance to healthcare regulations. Educate patients and families on post-hospital care and disease management. Provide emotional support to patients and families during critical health crises. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Strong clinical judgment High level of proficiency in treating complex health conditions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN license Certified Critical Care Nurse (CCRN) preferred
