Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Cath Lab Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 03/02/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel /n Job Description/n American Traveler is hiring a Pediatric Cath Lab Radiology Technologist with at least 1 year of relevant experience for a Level I Trauma pediatric facility. /n /n Responsibilities/n - Work in a Level I Trauma, Magnet-designated, teaching hospital - Assignment is in a pediatric cath lab with 2 procedure rooms - Handles pediatric/adult transplant, right/left biopsies, balloon, stent, and valve placements, with possible pediatric IR procedures - Prefers experience with pediatric cath lab Level I trauma and electrophysiology cases - Uses Epic EMR; Epic experience preferred - Day shift, Monday through Friday, 07:00-15:30, 8-hour shifts - 8-10 on-call shifts per month, including weekends - Block scheduling may be possible at manager discretion - Locals within a 50-60 mile radius may be considered at a reduced pay rate - First-time travelers are accepted for this position - Returning travelers and previous perm/PRN staff must be separated from the system for at least 1 year before returning - Pre-assignment modules must be completed prior to start - Parking is available nights and weekends for a one-time fee - All requested time off must be included and approved at time of submission, with approved non-holiday RTO of 7 days or fewer preferred - Travelers may be submitted to only one facility and/or unit at a time /n /n Requirements/n - Minimum of 1 year cath lab experience required - AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required - Certification as CCI with RCIS/RCES preferred, but ARRT (R) with SCRQSA (R) acceptable - Radiation badge required and must be provided - South Carolina license required if applicable—candidates with pending license may be considered, but must show proof of application or ability to complete SC walk-through process - Driver’s license and SSN required for consideration /n Benefits/n - High Pay and Bonuses - Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options - 401(k) Plan - Weekly Payroll Deposit - Free Online CEUs - Generous Housing Allowance - Travel and Licensure Reimbursements - Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy - Traveler Rewards and Discounts /n American Traveler Job ID P-668321.
