Job Description Job Description Salary: Inlet Coastal Resort is currently hiring a full-time Lead Med Techs to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will administer medications and provide essential support to individuals with varying needs, including those with disabilities and dementia. This role requires a strong commitment to serving seniors andproviding patient care during shifts, attention to detail, and the ability to contribute to the positive environment our residents are proud to call home.Med-Techs must be licensed to administer medication in an assisted living facility. Responsibilities: Provide warm and engaging personal care services, assistance, support, and companionship to our residents. Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs). Look for changes in residents' day and personal care needs to update their personal Resident Care Plan. Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities. Play a crucial role in the well-being of our residents!
