Registered Nurse (RN) | Progressive Care Unit Location: Columbia, MO Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $2,290 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/2/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified PCU RN in Columbia, Missouri, 65201! Job Opportunity – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) RN – Missouri Start Date: March 2, 2026 Location: Columbia, Missouri Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 13-week contract; nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:3 (not guaranteed). Floating to other units is required. Facility may adjust staffing with 36-48 hours notice based on census. Highlights: Diverse patient population including all surgical types, medical cases, and neuro patients Advanced equipment experience including bladder scanners, IV pumps, PCA pumps, BiPAP, CPAP, Optiflow, Vapotherm, and Airvo systems Vasoactive drip titration required: neosynephrine, amiodarone, cardizem, and others Hands-on progressive care environment with opportunities to utilize advanced line management and airway skills Quick start opportunity available for qualified candidates Requirements: Progressive Care Unit (PCU) nursing experience required Active RN license in good standing IV insertion and PICC/Central line management skills required Vascular device access/care and dialysis fistula care/management experience required A-line management experience required CPAP/BiPAP and trach care proficiency required Epidural/PCA pump, feeding tube, and wound vac experience required Preferred: CVP monitoring, 12-lead EKG, sheath removal, and cardioversion/defibrillation skills Flexibility to float to other units as needed Why It's a Great Opportunity: This PCU position offers the chance to work with a wide variety of complex patient cases in a dynamic progressive care setting.
