(C&P) Provider We are a boutique medical practice that partners
with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to administer
Compensation & Pension (C&P) exams to our veterans. These exams
are in-depth one-time exams with no treatment, medical management,
or prescribing. Do you want to be treated like a professional? And
be paid like one? We value Nurse Practitioners and treat them with
the respect they deserve. We're seeking a Nurse Practitioner to
perform C&P exams for our nation's veterans. In this role, you
will develop a schedule that affords you the work/life balance you
desire. This is a 1099 contract position. Conduct C&P Exams:
Analyze medical records, obtain the necessary history, perform the
appropriate physicals, and document findings on the required
disability benefits questionnaire (DBQ). Render Objective Medical
Opinions: Based on the medical examination, diagnostic results, and
medical record review, provide unbiased and evidence-based medical
opinions regarding the likelihood the claimed condition was caused
and/or exacerbated by military service. Earn Top Pay: Receive
competitive compensation with high daily rates upon completion of
required VA training. Pay is dependent on the time that you make
available, the number of appointments, associated exams, and
medical opinions completed. Most providers make a minimum of
$80/hour for work performed. Flexible Part-time Schedule: Balance
work and life with your preferred schedule. Choose which days each
week that you want to work (2 days per week required). No weekends
and no federal holidays. Who we're looking for: Adult or Family
Nurse Practitioner with an unrestricted license in the state of
South Carolina with National Board Certification. Currently
residing in the general Charleston metro area. Minimum 2 years of
primary clinical experience Previous C&P exam and/or DOD/VA
medical experience preferred, but not required. Availability to
join our practice in less than 4 weeks, preferably sooner.
