Perform electrophysiology lab procedures with precision and
accuracy. Participate in ongoing training and professional
development opportunities. Meet performance targets and contribute
to team success metrics. Collaborate with team members to achieve
departmental goals. Document and report lab results in compliance
with regulatory standards. Maintain and calibrate lab equipment to
ensure optimal performance. Ensure a safe and clean working
environment in the lab. Communicate effectively with healthcare
professionals regarding lab findings. Analyze data and provide
insights to improve lab processes. Stay updated on industry trends
and advancements in electrophysiology. Contribute to quality
improvement initiatives within the lab. Assist in the training of
new lab technicians and interns. Experience/Qualifications Proven
experience in electrophysiology lab procedures and techniques.
Ability to meet performance targets and contribute to team success.
Strong commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Excellent communication skills with healthcare professionals and
team members. Knowledge of regulatory standards in laboratory
documentation and reporting. Experience with data analysis to
improve lab processes and outcomes. Strong focus on quality
improvement initiatives within the lab. Ability to maintain and
