expertise in managing complex patient situations in a dynamic
environment and a passion for delivering compassionate patient care
at one of our advanced medical facilities across the United States.
As a critical part of the healthcare team, you will be responsible
for providing direct nursing care in a diverse and enriching
environment. You will use your advanced clinical skills to ensure
that patients recovering from surgery receive attentive and
meticulous care, tailoring treatment plans to meet individual
recovery needs. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care
for post-surgical patients. Monitor patient health and recovery,
adjusting treatments as needed. Collaborate with surgeons,
anesthesiologists, physical therapists, and other healthcare
professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Educate patients and
their families on post-surgical care and recovery strategies.
Ensure accurate documentation of patient care and treatment
progression. Administer medications and maintain a safe, clean, and
organized environment for care. Strong clinical skills in a
post-surgical environment Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Ability to make quick and accurate assessments of patient
conditions Capacity to work comfortably in a fast-paced setting
Proficient in using medical software for patient management Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice BLS
Certification required; ACLS Certification preferred
