We’re looking for a Patient Services Manager to guide a high-performing team delivering exceptional, patient-centered food services in an acute care setting . What You’ll Do: Lead and develop a dedicated team ensuring patient meals meet medical and personal needs Drive patient satisfaction through compassionate service and quality meals Ensure compliance with dietary guidelines, HIPAA, and regulatory standards Champion quality improvement and patient experience initiatives What You Bring: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in food service or related field Leadership experience in healthcare food service (acute care preferred) Certified Dietary Manager, Diet Tech, or Dietitian preferred ServSafe® certification and comfort with tech systems a plus Make a daily impact where healthcare and hospitality meet.
