HCA Healthcare invites qualified and passionate Registered Nurses to join our team in the critical role of RN Rapid Response. This position is vital for providing immediate and effective nursing care to patients experiencing acute changes in their health status across our facilities. As part of our dedicated rapid response team, you will work closely with multidisciplinary health professionals to deliver high-quality care in a timely manner, ensuring patient safety and promoting optimal health outcomes. Assess patient condition rapidly and develop appropriate nursing care plan. Collaborate with healthcare teams to respond quickly to emergency situations. Implement interventions as necessary and evaluate outcomes. Maintain clear and effective communication with patients, families, and team members. Document patient care and any changes in status promptly and accurately. Participate in continuous education to improve patient outcomes and healthcare processes. Strong clinical skills in acute care nursing. Ability to think critically and make quick decisions under pressure. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in using medical software and electronic health records. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in applicable state. BLS/ACLS Certification from the American Heart Association or equivalent. Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) preferred but not required.
