best possible care. Oversee the daily operations of the neuro
med-surg unit. Coordinate patient care activities among staff,
ensuring adherence to best practices and patient safety. Develop
and implement training programs for nursing staff. Monitor and
optimize resource allocation to ensure efficient patient care.
Participate in interdisciplinary teams to review and improve
patient-care processes. Maintain compliance with healthcare
regulations and standards. Strong leadership and organizational
skills Excellent communication abilities Adept in high-stress
situations Proficient in clinical and patient care software systems

401k Registered Nurse (RN) license Basic Life Support (BLS)
Certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
Certified Neuroscience Registered Nurse (CNRN) or surgical nursing
