this role, you will provide direct psychiatric and behavioral care,
working closely with individuals to deliver personalized treatment
and support recovery. This position offers the opportunity to work
within a comprehensive network, utilizing the latest medical
technologies and evidence-based approaches. Assess, plan, and
provide nursing care for patients dealing with psychiatric
disorders. Participate in interdisciplinary teams to formulate care
plans. Administer medications and monitor patient response. Educate
patients and families on management of their condition and coping
strategies. Document patient care services and outcomes. Maintain
safety and care standards in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Strong psychiatric and psychological knowledge. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage crises
and make rapid decisions. Empathy and patience with patient care.
Capacity to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team.

401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license. Certified Psychiatric
Nurse (CPN) certification preferred.
