HCA Healthcare seeks a dedicated Neuro Clinical Nurse Coordinator RN to join our specialized team in the neurology department. This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of specialized nursing care for patients with neurological issues. The Coordinator will work closely with neurology professionals to manage patient care, coordinate treatments, and promote best practices within the team. Assess, plan, and implement patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary. Educate patients and families on managing neurological conditions. Lead interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure cohesive patient care. Manage staffing and scheduling in the neurology department. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Strong clinical skills in neurology nursing care Ability to lead and educate nursing staff Proficiency with medical software and electronic health records Excellent communication and organizational skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Certification in Neuroscience Nursing (CNRN) preferred
