Job Description:
HCA Healthcare seeks a dedicated Emergency Room RN for weekend
shifts who will bring their expertise and compassion to managing
patient care in high-pressure scenarios. This position is critical
in providing emergent medical interventions and consultative
services in a fast-paced environment. Our RNs are vital in ensuring
the highest quality of care for every patient. In this role, you
will collaborate with a team of skilled healthcare professionals to
deliver life-saving treatments and sustain the health and
well-being of our patients. Perform comprehensive patient
assessments and prioritize care based on acute conditions
Administer medications, maintain accurate patient records and
respond to medical emergencies Collaborate with physicians and
other healthcare professionals to devise individualized care plans
Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and
post-care Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and
standards Strong clinical skills with the ability to react
decisively in emergency scenarios Proven ability to perform under
stress Excellent teamwork and communication skills Capability to
handle medical equipment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life
Support (ACLS) preferred
