Job Description:
HCA Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and skilled Emergency Room
RN to work weekends in our dynamic ER team, providing top-tier
emergency care. Our ER RNs are crucial to managing patient outcomes
in urgent situations, supported by the vast network and resources
of HCA Healthcare. This position requires adaptability to
fast-paced environments and a commitment to excellent patient care.
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for ER patients.
Respond swiftly and effectively to emergency scenarios, ensuring
patient stability. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams
to deliver patient-focused interventions. Maintain accurate patient
records and administer medication as prescribed. Educate patients
and their families on post-ER discharge instructions. Strong
clinical skills in an emergency room setting. Ability to make quick
decisions under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills. Proficiency in using medical software and electronic health
records. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state
of practice. BLS/ACLS Certification from the American Heart
Association. TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) preferred.
