Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in consultation with healthcare professionals. Monitor patients' health conditions, administer medications, and update patient records accurately. Educate patients and their families on managing illnesses or injuries and post-treatment home care needs. Coordinate with healthcare team members to facilitate patient care and recovery. Ensure the maintenance of hygiene and adherence to healthcare protocols. Strong clinical skills in a medical-surgical environment Proficient in using healthcare software and systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexibly in a dynamic environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Basic Life Support (BLS) certified Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
