Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Savannah, Georgia,

Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: - Experience in hospital
settings of similar size and acuity - Successful completion of at
least one travel contract - Ability to titrate drips such as
Heparin, Cardizem, and Amiodarone - Ability to interpret rhythms
Description: Looking for a motivated Registered Nurse for a
Med/Telemetry unit. The unit accommodates 23 beds with
nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:4 or sometimes 1:5. Nurses will work
alongside monitor techs who read strips, although RNs are expected
to interpret rhythms. Charge nurses do not typically take patient
assignments during night shifts. Nurse aides are available with
ratios of 1:10. Registered Nurses are expected to manage
respiratory equipment such as nasal cannulas, BiPap, and high flow
nasal cannula, but not vents. Self-scheduling is allowed, but
shifts may be adjusted as needed. Weekends are required every other
weekend, along with holiday work unless pre-approved. Floating to a
Neurosurgical PCU is rare, and scrubs should be navy. An initial
