The role involves implementing patient care plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The Pediatric Clinical RN Coordinator will also provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, support staff education, and maintain best practices in pediatric care.
