Active Georgia physical therapy license is required to start the assignment or candidate must be compact eligible for Georgia licensure. BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience in outpatient therapy settings preferred. Ability to provide 32 scheduled hours per week as indicated by the client. Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days 08:30–16:30. Schedule: 5x8 (32 hours per week as noted by client).
