Job Description:
Job Description Summary We are seeking a motivated and
team-oriented Registered Nurse to join our Head and Neck Clinic,
supporting a multidisciplinary team providing care to complex
oncology patients. This role is responsible for coordinating
patient care, delivering patient education, and providing direct
clinical support in a fast-paced outpatient environment. The clinic
nurse partners closely with surgeons and advanced practice
providers to facilitate efficient clinic flow and ensure a high
standard of care throughout the patient visit. Key responsibilities
include performing and assisting with direct patient care
activities such as wound care, tracheostomy care, and support
during procedures including biopsies and endoscopic exams. The
nurse also plays an integral role in patient preparation, assisting
providers during procedures, and ensuring appropriate follow-up
plans are established prior to patient discharge. Entity Medical

treatment needs: - Head & Neck Oncology Clinic: Treats a wide range
of head and neck cancers. - Maxillofacial Prosthodontics Clinic:
Supports post-surgical rehabilitation, including dental implants
and facial prosthetics (eyes, ears, noses). Together, these clinics
deliver comprehensive, life-changing care for patients throughout
their recovery journey. $4,000 sign on bonus for ONS (Oncology
Nursing Society) Certified Nurses & OCN (Oncology Certified Nurse)

signing offer letter. LPN Minimum Education and Requirements:
Graduate from an accredited Practical Nurse program with six months
of patient care experience required. Licensed as an LPN within the
state of South Carolina or a compact state. A current CPR card is
required; either an American Heart Association Basic Life Support
(BLS) for Healthcare Providers card or an American Red Cross
Professional Rescuer card. Ability to demonstrate commitment to
patient centered care philosophy as evidenced by effective
communications skills, professional demeanor, and excellent
interpersonal skills. Current American Heart Association (AHA)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or American Red Cross BLS
for Healthcare Providers certification is required RN Minimum
Training and Education: Bachelor of Nursing degree preferred. RN
staff hired on or after July 1, 2013 with an Associate or Diploma
degree in nursing are required to be enrolled in an accredited BSN
program within two years and successfully obtain a BSN degree
within four years of the RN hire or reclassification date. Refer to
policy A141 for more details. A minimum of one year of work
experience as a registered nurse required. RN Required Licensure,
Certifications, Registrations: Licensure as a registered nurse by
the South Carolina Board of Nursing or a compact state. Current
Basic Life Support (BLS) required, either a certification from an
American Heart Association (AHA) BLS for Healthcare Providers (or
