Job Description:

HCA Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse Coordinator ER to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional, patient-focused care in our emergency department. The Clinical Nurse Coordinator will play a pivotal role in organizing, managing, and coordinating nursing services and operations. As part of our commitment to improving human life, this role is essential in maintaining the highest standards of healthcare and operational efficiency in our emergency units. Oversee the day-to-day clinical operations in the emergency room. Coordinate patient care with a multidisciplinary team. Implement clinical and operational standards and practices. Assist with staffing, scheduling, and management of nursing staff. Monitor and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes. Provide guidance and mentorship to nursing staff. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle high-stress environments Proficient in clinical emergency response Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license BLS/ACLS certified Certification in Emergency Nursing (CEN) preferred
