Memorial Health s Dwaine & Cynthia Willett Children s Hospital, in partnership with HCA Healthcare and Pediatrix Medical Group, is actively recruiting a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neonatologist to join our premier Level IV NICU team. Position Highlights: Location: Savannah, Georgia a cost-effective, family-friendly city famous for its historic charm, beautiful beaches, and a thriving cultural scene. Facility: State-of-the-art 92-bed Level IV NICU, the highest level of neonatal care in Southeast Georgia, serving as a regional referral center. Team: Collaborate with a dedicated team of 9 neonatologists and 8 neonatal nurse practitioners (NNPs), fostering a multidisciplinary environment focused on excellence. Clinical Responsibilities: Provide advanced, evidence-based care to critically ill and premature newborns. Manage high-acuity neonatal cases in a cutting-edge NICU setting. Participate in 24/7 in-house coverage shifts to ensure continuous quality care. Engage in collaborative rounding with pediatric subspecialists across various disciplines. Support and supervise neonatal resident training rotations. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and patient safety protocols. Deliver family-centered care with empathy and effective communication.
