What You ll Do

• Provide specialized neonatal intensive care for critically ill and premature newborns
• Manage high-acuity neonatal cases in a state-of-the-art Level IV NICU
• Deliver continuous, evidence-based care within a 24/7 in-house coverage model
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including experienced neonatal nurse practitioners (NNPs) and pediatric subspecialists
• Participate in rounding responsibilities within a balanced, organized schedule supporting physician wellness
• Supervise and support resident rotations through the NICU
• Contribute to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives while providing family-centered care

What You NeedRequired

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology
• Ability to reside locally in the immediate area (relocation may be required)
• Commitment to full-time, permanent employment

Preferred

• Experience working in a neonatal intensive care setting (years not specified)
