Job Title: MRI Tech Profession: Radiology Specialty: MRI Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:30-20:00 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 year MRI experience License: ARRT MRI registered Certifications: BLS Must-Have: Cardiac MRI and Breast MRI experience preferred but not required. Description: Traveler shall be scheduled in accordance with facility policy. The traveler is expected to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees. The unit has a total of 321 beds and is a Level II trauma center. The facility is a thrombectomy-capable stroke center. The type of equipment includes GE 1.5T Signa and GE 3T Pioneer. The documentation system used is Meditech. On-call duty is required from Friday to Sunday, from 20:00 to 07:00 every 4-5 weekends. Procedures performed include MRI/MRA of the brain, abdomen, spine, upper and lower extremities, cardiac, breast, and more.
