starts. What to Expect: Fast-paced, high-energy work . You’ll be
moving quickly and handling a steady flow of customers for up to
10-hour shifts—so take those breaks to recharge! Crew-first

conditions rain or shine—we’ve got Dutch gear to help! Some heavy
lifting . You may need to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 65 lbs
(talk about a workout!). Reliability . You’ll need to show up on
time for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings. Training &

and menu knowledge tests to make sure you meet Dutch Bros

average tip of $5.65 per hour. What we strive for: a fun

position, hours, and quality of service. Average hourly tips are
