Your Journey • Communicate, discuss, and direct pre and post event banquet setup needs • Ordering from Banquet Event Orders • Conduct monthly inventories • Distribute product to bars and maintain during events • Complete consumption sheets per event for billing • Maintain organization of storage areas • Meet with guests, hold banquet bartenders to opening and closing duties • Plan and facilitate regularly-scheduled banquet bartender trainings • Have floor presence during events to maintain high standards of service and attention to detail • Manage guest/Bartender expectations • Perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside the scope of duties, based on business demands About You • You love working as part of a team • You are passionate about providing exceptional guest service and creating memorable moments • You are open to learning, developing, and growing both yourself, personally, and helping others do the same • You are trustworthy and have integrity • You are able/ willing to direct & lead bartenders Must Haves • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays • Ability to collaborate in a team environment • Ability to drive the gas powered vehicles & box trucks • Desire to create WOW moments for guests • One year minimum of experience in food and beverage operations within a hotel or resort environment • Intermediate computer skills • Luxury hotel experience, a plus You Will Enjoy • Free meals • Free uniforms and cleaning • Ongoing community outreach events • Hotel discounts • Associates’ events throughout the year • Healthcare benefits • 401k retirement plan with company matching Physical Requirements • Grasping, holding, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending over • Ability to stand and exercise mobility for extended periods of time during your scheduled shift • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and for extended periods during the shift • Ability to push and pull food serving equipment and carts weighing up to 200 pounds on a semi - regular basis At Montage, we want every guest and every associate to feel that they belong.
