Job Description Job Description Qualifications: Bachelor's
Degree in Nursing OR Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Master's
Degree in Social Work required 3 years experience in clinical
nursing in an acute care setting OR hospital social work required 2
years of supervisory/leadership experience required in an acute
care setting InterQual experience preferred Currently licensed as a
Registered Nurse in the state(s) of practice according to law and
regulation OR currently licensed as a LCSW or a LMSW in the
state(s)of practice according to law and regulation required
Certification in Case Management and/or Certification in InterQual
or IQCI preferred Relocation: Case by Case Basis Sign-On Bonus:
