Summary: The employee will assist with the implementation and
recruitment for multiple studies of Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Primary activities include communicating with and recruiting
families, agencies, and organizations across the state of South
Carolina. This position may be eligible for remote work in the
future. MUSC Minimum Requirements: A bachelor's degree and one year
relevant program experience. Job Duties: 35% - Assisting
participants throughout the entire research process for all current
studies, including registration/consent, scheduling, implementing
study procedures, and other participant-related duties. Must be
able to accurately administer and score key assessment instruments
including DAS, WISC, WPPSI, PPVT, EVT and SB). Must have knowledge
of regulatory information related to human subjects research,
including CCRT certification. - (Essential) 25% - Responsible for
working with PI to ensure a smooth flow and exchange of
information. Assist with the preparation of annual reports and IRB
communications. Provide administrative assistance such as filing of
documents, entering data responses to queries, providing feedback
regarding study processes, and ensure approved and current
protocols and paperwork is complete and filed appropriately.
Provide training and supervision to college-aged research
assistants. - (Essential) 25% - Assist with recruitment of
participants for all studies. Communicate with statewide agencies
and organizations in order to enhance recruitment efforts and
assist with social media strategies focused on study recruitment.
Liasson onsite with community partners to ensure smooth execution
of community recruitment events. - (Essential) 10% - Assist with
the development and implementation planning for new studies,
including planning site qualification visits and assisting with
grant preparation. - (Essential) 5% - Other duties as assigned. -

to maintain 20/40 vision, corrected, in one eye or with both eyes.
