FHI’s values. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Work
safely and productively in all areas of the job and maintain a
clean and uncluttered work area. Operates pallet jacks, forklifts,
and other warehouse equipment as needed, depending on the
assignment. The company designates this position as
safety-sensitive, and the candidate must be able to work in a
constant state of alertness. Engages promptly to requests for
assignments. Acknowledges that this job profile is not a

any time at the discretion of management. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :
Ability to lift, walk, bend, twist, reach, push, and squat most of
the workday. Handle cases weighing from up to 60 pounds. Ability to
hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sounds (e.g.,
machinery alarms or alarms) in moderate to loud work environments.
QUALIFICATIONS : Education : We believe that skills and experience
are what truly matter. While education can be a valuable asset, it
is not required to succeed in this role. Experience : Prior
experience as a warehouse associate is required for this Warehouse
Specialist role. Knowledge/Skills : Good verbal/written
communication skills. Ability to speak, read, and write English for
effective communication. Basic math skills. Previous warehouse
experience. Willingness to work and available for assignment-based
work. Attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
Interact respectfully and courteously with associates, co-workers,
management, and customers. Ability to work in a team environment.
Work Environment : The company has designated this position as
safety-sensitive, and the ability to work constantly with alertness
and safety is required. The warehouse environment could potentially
have extreme heat and cold temperatures. Candidates must possess a
