What You'll Be Doing - Operate a front-end loader to move and load aggregate materials safely and efficiently - Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance - Monitor material inventory and communicate with team for production needs - Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations - Assist with general yard duties to maintain a clean and organized work area What Are We Looking For - Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively - Strong awareness of safety standards and commitment to compliance - Capability to work independently and as part of a team - Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment checks and minor adjustments - Reliable and punctual with a focus on quality and productivity Conditions of Employment - Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check - Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Work Environment - Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
