Columbia, SC. 10-4 Logistics USA is seeking full-time W2 Class A
CDL drivers, including recent CDL graduates and candidates with
limited professional driving experience. Openings are available in
OTR, regional, and dedicated fleets, primarily operating east of
I?35 and serving markets across the Eastern United States. The
company provides steady freight, reliable home time, late-model
equipment, and comprehensive benefits beginning on day one. What we
offer Full-time W2 employment with year-round freight and
consistent schedules. Competitive weekly pay range of $1,400 to
$1,800; exact pay based on experience and route. Pay issued weekly
via direct deposit. Assigned late-model tractors (2024–2025
Freightliner or Kenworth). Day-one benefits: medical, dental, and

assignment. Paid training program (for eligible candidates) Fully
paid three- to five-week training program for recent CDL school
graduates who meet the minimum instruction requirement (at least
120 hours). Training covers safe tractor-trailer operation,
compliant ELD use, trip reporting, pre-trip and post-trip
inspections, and company procedures. Progress is evaluated through
supervised driving and competency assessments prior to independent
assignments. Typical freight and equipment No-touch dry van
freight; approximately 70% drop-and-hook for major customers across
the Eastern U.S. Assigned 2024–2025 Freightliner or Kenworth
tractors. Primary responsibilities Safely operate a Class A
tractor-trailer in compliance with DOT regulations and company
policies. Execute scheduled pickups and deliveries, maintaining
on-time performance. Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and
DVIRs. Perform and document daily pre-trip and post-trip
inspections and report any mechanical issues promptly. Follow
company safety procedures and report incidents or accidents
immediately. Communicate effectively with dispatch and other
company personnel regarding schedule or freight issues.
Qualifications Valid Class A CDL. Recent CDL graduates and drivers
with limited professional driving experience are encouraged to
apply; paid training available for eligible candidates. Ability to
comply with DOT hours-of-service regulations and company policies.
