Job Description Job Description Description: Job Summary: The Production Associate with Electrical Experience is responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production processes, and maintaining equipment performance. This role combines hands-on production duties with basic electrical troubleshooting and maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and product quality. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs). Perform basic electrical troubleshooting, repairs, and adjustments on production equipment. Assist in equipment setup, calibration, and changeovers to meet production schedules. Follow safety and quality guidelines to maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment. Support preventive maintenance activities and report potential electrical or mechanical issues to the maintenance team. Collaborate with engineering and maintenance personnel to improve machine performance and reduce downtime. Inspect finished products for quality assurance and ensure compliance with company standards. Record production data such as quantities, downtime, and maintenance activities. Participate in training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications and Requirements: High school diploma or technical certificate required; Associate degree in Electrical or Industrial Technology preferred. 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment. Basic knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, sensors, and controls. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics. Hands-on experience with production equipment or automated machinery preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or overtime as needed. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Manual dexterity and ability to work with tools and electrical components. Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with moderate noise levels and moving machinery. Additional Preferred Skills: Experience with PLCs, sensors, or control systems. Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting ability. Familiarity with lean manufacturing or 5S practices. Requirements:
